Profile - Andries Joubert
Andries Joubert has 25 years experience as a civil engineer, with the past seventeen years specialising in Traffic and Transportation Engineering. His initial geometric design experience was with Jeffares & Green.
He has undertaken road network planning and regional transportation studies for the PWV, Bophuthatswana. KwaNdebele, and the North-West Province, and managed extensive traffic counting programmes in these regions. He has extensive traffic impact study experience for access, parking and sizing requirements, and has done various economic analyses for road sections, intersections and freeway interchanges.
On the traffic safety front, Andries has done road safety audits for Eastern Cape and traffic safety investigations in Gauteng.
